CELLIST

Stefi Pantelidou began her cello studies at the New Conservatory of Thessaloniki in 2006 under the guidance of Maria Anisegou and later continued at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki in 2012. She is currently pursuing a cello diploma under the mentorship of Dimitris Patras. Alongside her musical education, she holds a degree in Political Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is currently enrolled in the university’s Master’s program in “Management of Mass Migration and Populations on the Move.”

From 2019 to 2024, she was a permanent member of the Megaro Youth Symphony Orchestra at Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall (MOYSA). She is currently a member of the Symphony Orchestra of the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki, serving as principal cellist since 2023. In addition to her orchestral experience, she has been actively involved in various chamber music ensembles and has participated in the “Bridges Project”an Erasmus Exchange Program in Weimar.

Her performance experience extends to opera productions, including Purcell’s “Dido and Aeneas” and Carl Maria von Weber’s “Abu Hassan”, as well as concerts dedicated to contemporary chamber music. She has participated in esteemed music festivals and masterclasses, such as the Pelion Festival, where she attended a cello masterclass with Vasilis Saitis, and the Lefkada Music Festival with Dimitris Patras. Additionally, she has taken part in numerous chamber music and orchestral seminars in Thessaloniki.

She has collaborated with the Thessaloniki City Symphony Orchestra and has been a member of the New Generation Orchestra since 2021. Beyond live performances, she has also contributed to recorded music projects, performing cello and composing music for Panos Topalidis and Marios V. Apostolakoulis. Her work also includes contributions to the soundtrack of the documentary “Achromia”, which was featured at the Thessaloniki Documentary Festival in 2022.

Since January 2025, she has been a permanent member of BullStrings, the remote recording string ensemble of BullStreet Production Studio in Edessa.
