

MELINA LOULAKI
VIOLINIST
Melina Loulaki is a graduate of classical violin from the New Conservatory of Thessaloniki (2008–2023) and holds a violin degree, under the supervision of Professors Andreas Papanikolaou and Iren Topouria. She has participated in numerous classical repertoire concerts both in Greece and abroad. Also, she has been an undergraduate student at the Department of Veterinary Medicine of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since 2021.
She is a permanent member of the Megaro Youth Symphony Orchestra of Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall (MOYSA) and the Symphony Orchestra of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, participating in many art projects and concerts, many of which were side-by-side performances with distinguished orchestras such as Thessaloniki’s State Symphony Orchestra and Thessaloniki City Symphony Orchestra.
She has performed on prestigious stages, including Thessaloniki’s Concert Hall and the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, working alongside renowned artists such as Nikos Portokaloglou, Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Dimitris Basis, Dionysis Savvopoulos and Evanthia Reboutsika. Notable moments in her career include her appearance at the “Empress Theophano” Awards Ceremony and her performance at the Romanian Athenaeum for the Greek Embassy in Bucharest. As a teenager, she collaborated with the film music composer & Hollywood Orchestrator, Kostas Christides.
At the same time, she is a member of the ensemble “Thrown Dice” (pop-rock) and was a member of the street violin duet “Peppermints”. She is actively involved in violin teaching, covering a repertoire ranging from classical to folk music, and occasionally participates in chamber music ensembles and duets.
Since January 2025, she has been a permanent member of BullStrings, the remote recording string ensemble of BullStreet Production Studio in Edessa.
