ELISAVET TSIKANTERI

VIOLIST

Elisavet Tsikanteri is a professional violinist and violist who is actively involved in symphonic and chamber music performances. She has been an undergraduate student at the Department of Music Studies of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since 2019. She holds a violin diploma from the Pythagorean Conservatory of Thermaikos (2017) and is currently pursuing a viola diploma at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki under the supervision of Alexandra Voltsi.

Since 2021, she has been a member of the Greek Youth Symphony Orchestra (GYSO), the in-residence youth orchestra of the Athens Concert Hall, conducted by Dionysis Grammenos. Through this ensemble, she has performed in prestigious venues, including the Hellenic Parliament, Athens’ Concert Hall, Konzerthaus in Berlin, and Carnegie Hall in New York City. She has collaborated with internationally acclaimed artists such as Anna Fedorova, Anneleen Lenaerts, Zoe Tsokanou, Achilleas Liarmakopoulos, and Vassilis Varvaresos.

From 2017 to 2024, she was a member of MOYSA, the in-residence youth orchestra of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall. From 2023 to 2024, she participated in the Jovenata Ensemble, and since 2019, she has been a member of the Aristotle University Symphony Orchestra based in Thessaloniki.

Since January 2025, she has been a permanent member of BullStrings, the remote recording string ensemble of BullStreet Production Studio in Edessa.
